Visits and Tasting
Even a classic experience like that of tasting by us is special. Special as our history and our small cellar.
Book for a taste of couple or with friends, you can visit our cellar, a small casket for us. You can visit the local winemaking that smell of wine and wood and then hear the story of our work and our dream.
After this little discovery, we have an environment dedicated to wine tasting. A pleasant, tasteful experience with the proposal of matching with carefully selected products from our area. Wines, Sparkling wines and apple juice. There is the possibility of adding platters.
Our tasting space is cozy and attention to detail, in summer you can also sit in the outdoor garden.

In the month of August you can stop at our house for a lunch break, for a snack, for a long aperitif or dinner. You will find good wine, water in the jug, the juice of our apples and bread with butter. There will be cutting boards and cold dishes with local products. Simple dishes that smell like home. Every Friday and Saturday in August from 09.00 to 22.00.

Wine Trekking LasteRosse
A walk that you don't expect, 3317 steps of well-being in our company, in our beautiful Val di Non. We’lltake you to discover a small mountain village, among apple orchards and woods and you’ll see the vineyards grown by Cantina LasteRosse.
From the narrator's voice of the producer you’ll hear the history of our territory, of our family and of our much-loved Groppellowine. An easy walk in contact with nature, proposed in different seasons and that gives new landscapes for colors and atmosphere.
A pleasant experience, which ends with a visit to the winery, the winemaking premises and with an exclusive moment of taste. A tasting with two glasses of wine or sparkling wine accompanied by a taste of local artisanal products.

Safeguarding of the rare autochthonous Groppello vine.
Adopting a row of grapes means adopting a mountain wine and experiencing the experience of seeing the vineyard grow up to the production of wine. The adoption can be a gift idea, it is made with a true adoption pact lasting 12 months. To join, you must send a contact email with your data to info@lasterosse.it and follow the instructions to continue.
Cost 110.00 euros/year per row including:
Plate with your name or sentence to be affixed on the head of the row adopted.
6 bottles of Groppello produced by the company (5 of Red Wine Groppello + 1 of classic method sparkling wine).
Images or short videos that tell the evolution of time on your row via Whatsapp.
Donation of 5 euros to the Slow Food Association in support of biodiversity.
Visit to the cellar on dedicated opening days and a welcome glass.
10% discount on the purchase of at least 6 bottles of wine during the visit day in the cellar.
PICNIC among the blassoming apple trees

Sitting in the meadow among the blossoming apple trees. The Spring appointment by LasteRosse is for April 21st, April 25th and May 1st, the time of apple blossom in Val di Non.
Bring a pillow and a blanket if you want to sit on the ground otherwise you can sit on our wooden boxes that are scattered around the lawn. You will receive a glass of apple juice, a sandwich and a dessert.
There will be lots of nature. White and pink flowers, pollen, buzzing insects, ants, bees, green grass.

Live the experience of picking apples from the tree on a farm. MELACOLGO!
Get to know the apples of Val di Non. Discover the cultivation and experience the joy of the harvest. Melacolgo is a real experience, it means pick your own apples. An activity proposed in collaboration with Melinda. All it takes is a few minutes of practice, an explanation of the right harvesting technique and you too will be ready to become a farmer! You will be able to immediately bite into an apple and feel the unmistakable "click" under your teeth.
We will have a snack together and with the apples collected you can fill your box to take home.

What does the “MELACOLGO” package include?
Visit to the farm, with a walk in the orchard and explanation by the farmer of his business;
First-hand experience of picking apples directly from the plant;
5 kg box of apples.
Snack based on processed apple products (apple juice and apple pie);
A VOUCHER valid for a free product to be used at Mondomelinda, the visitor center of the Melinda Consortium.
The experience costs:

for children aged 3 to 10 years (who participates in the experience with apple picking and snack)
