Gewürztraminer
Wine obtained from Aromatic Traminer grapes produced in Val di Non
“Gewürz” in German means “spice” confirming that it is an aromatic wine. It is a pink berry vine as the thick and pruinose berry peel is pink in color.
Cultivated in the mountains, at a height of700 meters, on clayish soils with the presence of rock, it is a straw-yellow wine with a rich, very persistent aromatic scent given by the thermal excursion and the alpine climate. Rather alcoholic, in the mouth it is dry and sapid with a slightly bitter end.
For its intense aroma we recommend matching with fresh cheeses and white meat. Very suitable as aperitif.
